Background
- My Role: As the Lead UX Researcher, I collaborated with a team of researchers and cross-functional members to facilitate user testing. I also coordinated with a Director at Breakthrough Greater Boston for logistics and ensured on-time prototype preparation with internal teams.
- Curriculum Associates: The i-Ready Pro Language Comprehension Team is creating personalized reading lessons for older striving middle school students, while the K-6 Core Literacy Curriculum team is developing the company’s first core curriculum.
- Breakthrough Greater Boston: Breakthrough Greater Boston sought company partnerships for a STEAM Camp to expose 7th and 8th graders to potential tech sector careers.
- Workshop Agenda: I led a Participatory Research Workshop where students learned about UX Research, participated in user testing for i-Ready and Core products, and analyzed data to inform technology product decisions.
- Timeline: 1 month - from organizing research workshop to delivering research results
